Hey, I’m Jacob! I’m an Android engineer at Wise, based in London, UK.
Previously I was working at Capital One - with a big focus on platform capabilities, as well as looking after the early careers programme.
Outside of work you’ll find me engrossed in a book or watching the F1, but I also love to travel and take photos!

Software Engineer - Android (SDE II)
Delivering features to millions of customers who use the Android app and making developer experience improvements. Led the development of a new tokenised design system, as well as a Server-Driven UI framework.
Led the team delivering the 2025 tech internship programme.
Graduate Software Engineer (SDE I)
Completed rotations through the core technology areas: backend, web and mobile. Contributed to feature delivery, platform health and testing improvements.
Technology Degree Apprentice
Completed placements in multiple technology teams, ranging from software engineering to cyber security.
